Our Cocoa
We responsibly source Criollo, Trinitario, Amelonado and Upper Amazon cocoa varieties directly from our 500 out-grower farmers where it is then centrally fermented and dried. Our cocoa is:
Farmed using organic Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) with agroforestry principles
Centrally processed using step-box fermentation and solar drying
Meticulously sorted and graded
Exported from the freeport in Monrovia
100% traceable to the farmer level

Key Sensory Characteristics
Aroma: A bouquet of an aroma of dried fruit coupled with apricot and dates. Clean with very intense chocolate tones that are balanced with very mild fruit acidity. Very smooth and long-lasting deep chocolate finish.
